Michael Kennedy OAM
Michael Kennedy, admitted for 40 years, is our senior partner, and a specialist in property development, commercial transactions, wills, succession planning for rural and small business clients, estates and family provision claims.
Michael was presented with an OAM in 2000 for his voluntary community work in particular his role as Chairman of Kurrajong Waratah, an organisation which provides services to people with disabilities. Michael is married with three children and continues sporting pursuits including mountain bike riding, skiing and water polo.

Stephen Dwyer
Stephen Dwyer has 37 years experience and is a specialist in business law, commercial transactions (including corporate structures, intellectual property and strategic planning), superannuation, succession planning and taxation.
Stephen is a board member of the Riverina Cancer Care Trust and a board member of Country Hope which provides necessary care and services to children suffering from cancer. He is married with four children and enjoys outdoor leisure pursuits. Stephen, a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, has lectured on many aspects of superannuation, trust and income tax and has established overseas licensing programmes for intellectual property.

Tim Abbott (B.Com. LL.B.)
Tim Abbott is a NSW Law Society Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury with 27 years of litigation experience in negligence claims, motor vehicle collision claims, professional negligence claims and superannuation disputes. He also has extensive experience in commercial disputes, product liability claims, Land & Environment Court applications, administrative appeals and partnership disputes.
Tim is currently a councillor of the NSW Law Society, is married with four children and has farming interests. He has, for over 10 years, chaired the Kurrajong Waratah Race Day Committee and
is involved in other non-profit business and charitable groups in Wagga Wagga.

Jeremy Naumann (BSc. LL.B.)
Jeremy Naumann, admitted in 1994, heads our Family Law team and provides advice in all aspects of family law including divorce, property settlements, de facto relationship settlements, children, pre and post nuptial agreements and complicated wills.
Jeremy also works in conjunction with Stephen in the Commercial Law team and has a special interest in business law including the sale and purchase of businesses.
Jeremy attends our Cootamundra office weekly and is available by appointment to discuss all legal concerns, with the support of our Wagga office.
Jeremy is married with three children and is a former player and now vice president of the Eastern Hawks Australian Rules Football Club.

Lincoln Kennedy (LL.B (Hons) B.Sc.)
Lincoln Kennedy, admitted for 10 years, and third generation partner of Walsh & Blair, specializes in conveyancing (the sale and purchase of residential, commercial and rural properties and businesses), leasing and franchise law, liquor licensing, wills/succession planning, commercial litigation/dispute resolution and insolvency/bankruptcy.
Lincoln is the chairman of the Leisure Company Integrated Inc, an organization providing recreation, life skills and post school options for people with disabilities and a board member of the Wagga Wagga Diocesan Provident Fund. Lincoln is married with two children. He has farming interests and enjoys sport and most outdoor activities.
