Casey O’Mahony is a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1383166). She provides advice and assistance to employers and individuals all over the world. Immigration is a constantly changing and complex area of law and there are various types of visas available. Before making any visa application you should seek sound advice to avoid your application being refused and/or your application fee being forfeited.

Casey helps clients though all stages of the immigration process including:

  • finding a visa that is available to them and which meets their immigration goals
  • advising on the application process including identifying the documents that are required
  • assisting clients complete the necessary application forms
  • obtaining and certifying documents in support of the application
  • drafting statements
  • lodging the application
  • corresponding directly with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection
  • advising on the outcome

Once a visa stream is decided, Casey will set out her costs and any application fees in a fixed fee disclosure document so that you know how much the application process will cost you.
