Tayler graduated with an Associate Degree in Law in 2021 and a Bachelor of Laws in February of 2024 from Southern Cross University.

Tayler grew up on a sheep and cattle farm in the Snowy Mountains region of NSW. Her legal career began in 2015 working at a small regional firm located in Cooma, NSW. Tayler began working as a receptionist where she completed a traineeship (Admin Law Cert III & IV) and then progressed into higher supportive roles before joining the Walsh & Blair team as a Paralegal in 2022.

Tayler has a strong interest in all things rural and is an active member of the Tumbarumba Start Strong Preschool Committee believing that an opportunity for a solid start in education is the basis for success.

Outside of work you will almost always find Tayler with her horses, playing netball or spending time with her partner, friends and family.
